A London native, Rebekkah Dooley began her career in hospitality on the door of esteemed cocktail bar Milk & Honey, after which she travelled east to Callooh Callay as their reservations co-ordinator. Over the course of three years, Rebekkah progressed through the ranks, ending her stint on Rivington Street 5 years later as the Marketing, Events & PR Manager. In this period Callooh Callay was awarded ‘World’s Best Cocktail Menu’ by Tales of The Cocktail for a menu Rebekkah designed and the bar progressed from 27 in the World’s 50 Best Bar ranking, to number 9. In 2012 Rebekkah began a career freelancing, working with brands including Ocho Tequila, St Germain, Gin Mare and Kings Ginger Liqueur, at the same time consulting for Opium Cocktail Bar and her former employers, Callooh Callay. In the years that followed she worked with Leelex and their 5 bars, Portobello Road Gin, and full time with The London EDITION as their Head of Communications.

In 2015, alongside Tomas Estes and Gareth Evans, Rebekkah created The London Sessions, a free educational platform for the UK hospitality sector. Over the course of 3 years, she has hosted over 30 events with industry luminaries including Dale DeGroff, Gary Regan, Jim Meehan, Alex Kratena, Ivy Mix, and more.

In 2016 Rebekkah moved to New York City to join the multi award winning teams at The Dead Rabbit and BlackTail as their Director of Marketing, PR & Special Events. She has presented at Tales of The Cocktail and around the world in cities including Ibiza, Oslo, London and NOLA on the subject of marketing, social media and her primary love - cocktail menus.
